Our Classes

We have a wide range of classes to suit all ages and abilities. If you would like more information on any of our classes please get in touch.

(All classes are 30 minutes-45 minutes unless stated)

Mixed Class:

High intensity circuit suitable for all ages, genders and levels of ability

Class Duration: 30 mins

Spin Class:

Aerobic exercise on stationery bikes suitable for all ages, genders and level of ability

Class Duration: 30 mins-45 minutes (including demo & warm-up)

Abs and Ass:

Ladies only circuit training, targeting bums and tums.

Class Duration: 30 mins-45 minutes (including demo & warm-up)

Extreme Class:

The toughest class of the week. Suitable for those who like to be pushed out of their comfort zone

Class Duration: 30 mins-45 minutes (including demo & warm-up)

Squat Club:

Class suitable for those wanting to perfect their squat form, suitable for all-beginners and experienced.

Class Duration: 30-40 mins-45 minutes (including demo & warm-up)

Sweat Class:

Class suitable for those looking to mix up with body weights, free weights and a mix-up of your usual session. Be prepared to get very sweaty!
Class Duration: 30-40 mins-45 minutes (including demo & warm-up)

Stronger Class:

Class suitable for those wanting to move more weight and get stronger

Class Duration: 30 mins-45 minutes (including demo & warm-up)

Boxing for Fitness:

Class suitable for those wanting to try a mixture of Boxing & Core

Class Duration: 30 mins-45 minutes (including demo & warm-up)

Abs Class:

Mixed class targeting the core muscles.

Class Duration: 30 mins-45 minutes (including warm-up)

Yoga:

Class suitable for those wanting to stretch and increase mobility and strength.

Class Duration: 45 mins run by Karen Darlington

V02:

High Intensity Hiit Session

Class Duration: 30 mins run by Adam Brigham

Box-Core Conditioning:

Boxing based class using gloves/pads and cardio equipment

Class Duration: 30 mins run

Hypertrophy:

Body part specific training , split upper and lower body

Class Duration: 30minute class run
